Klaar carried out major structural works in two ground-floor apartments in a multi-residential building.
Load-bearing walls were replaced to allow for an open, airy layout to take advantage of impressive harbour views.
Kitchen and bathroom renovations were also carried out. Klaar worked with the owners who were eager to take a sustainable approach to the renovation. Existing materials were repurposed, and second-hand materials were sourced to ensure as little waste as possible.
