This mixed-use residential-commercial shopfront at Curl Curl required urgent upgrades to fix leaks and damage to the façade, windows, and roof, as well as compliance issues.
The client was very satisfied with Klaar’s strategic approach to meeting budget limitations. Our team identified urgent updates, with ongoing projects scheduled.
Compliance concerns with the existing balustrade also drove this project. Klaar provided a semi-freestanding glass balustrade solution using specialised engineered glass purposefully designed and manufactured for the client. The building needed a complete window replacement due to leaks, severe deterioration, and loose cladding. Klaar installed double-glazed windows to improve building performance throughout.
