Compliance concerns with the existing balustrade led to a bespoke solution—Klaar designed and installed a semi-freestanding glass balustrade using specialised engineered glass. This custom approach not only ensured full compliance with safety regulations but also provided a modern building upgrade that met the client’s budget expectations.
Additionally, structural alterations were undertaken, including the installation of steel posts to support balconies. These modifications enhanced the overall stability of the structure while seamlessly integrating with the architectural design.
